Major General Bernard Loeffke is the first White House Fellow to reinitiate diplomatic relations with China and Russia, the founder of Helping Others. Today, a practitioner of missionary medicine around the world, the author of numerous inspirational books and a distinguished soldier-statement with an illustrious career in the United States Army. Though active in various roles, in all capacities Gen. Loeffke pursues one goal single-mindedly: the deescalation of diplomatic tensions between nations and the promotion of peace through international understanding, the facilitation of cultural exchange and humanitarian service.
